1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KorPro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access KorPro's platform for personal or commercial use subject to the restrictions set in these terms of service.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on KorPro's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

KorPro provides a multi-cloud Kubernetes resource optimization platform that:

• Analyzes Kubernetes clusters across GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Identifies unused and underutilized resources
• Provides cost optimization recommendations
• Offers health scores and security assessments
• Operates with read-only access to your infrastructure

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

5. Payment Terms

KorPro offers two pricing models:

All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for payment of all taxes associated with your use of the service.

6. Data and Privacy

KorPro operates with read-only access to your Kubernetes clusters. We collect and process metadata about your infrastructure to provide our services. For detailed information about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KorPro and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KorPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. For information about refunds upon termination, please see our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KorPro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
